Beryl Women Inc. provides supported crisis accommodation for women and their children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness as a result of domestic and/or family violence.
Beryl Women Inc is now the longest running women’s refuge in Australia.
Our philosophy is based on more than shelter alone; providing a holistic experience, where women gain the knowledge and tools for self-empowerment, in addition to a roof over one’s head.
We wish to acknowledge the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people as the traditional custodians of the land we live and work on.
We pay our respects to the Elders both past, present and future for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal Australia.
